Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bagel with Avocado and Egg

Whether it's Instagram or Yelp that I am browsing through, all I have been seeing are these to die-for breakfast bagels. And I'll be frank. Usually when I'm out at a breakfast joint, a breakfast bagel isn't normally the option I go for. Yet I have been craving and obsessing over them for the longest time. I know, it doesn't make much sense, but my mind works in weird ways.

Nonetheless, there arises two problems with this little obsession of mine:
     1. This as an excuse to go out to a breakfast bagel joint every morning would be costly.
     2. Too much carbs in the morning tends to make me sleepy throughout the day.

My solution. I just loaded my pantry with thin bagels. My favorite type of bagel being cinnamon raisin, followed by the everything bagel. So you guys can expect that I have and will be treating myself to some scrumptious homemade breakfast bagels every morning until the pantry runs out. In which case, I will have to reload on them.

Oh yeah, and one of the best parts is that I don't need to worry about feeling either too full in the morning or too tired and sleepy throughout the day since these bagels are thin so they will do just the right amount of bagel-craving justice while not packing too much of a punch so early on in the day.

The first breakfast bagel that I would like to share is my go-to Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Bagel with Avocado and Egg. Super simple, and quick and easy to make for a hasty morning.
