Escaping Shores Of Lunacy

The spring and summer weather are gradually creeping up and as a result, I just can't resist not daydreaming about the wonderful pieces out there that I oh so wish I could incorporate in my outfits and wardrobe. I know the whole black and white, monochrome concept is slowly becoming overdone and cliche but who could deny that they are some of the nicest colors to play with and utilize for generally any occasion. Here's a mini collage I put together on Polyvore of some die-heart pieces I have been eyeing for the spring and summer season.

Likewise, as I was browsing the various pieces on Polyvore, I came to the realization that I am genuinely obsessed with Alexander Wang's collections. He is truly ranked as one of the top designer geniuses in my eyes and probably always will be. However, as much I was would oh so love to doll myself up with his magnificently simple and chic pieces, reality hits me hard and I know very well that they are not yet in my budget. But hey, a girl can dream right? Honestly, his SS13 collection nailed it for me. In fact, I've probably watched that fashion show a gazillion times by now. 

Hollywood Won't Save You

Yesterday was the second day of spring but you know what, that didn't stop mother nature from torturing us with this everlasting winter weather; chilly winds plus snow. Don't get me wrong though, I love snow with its infinite glorious beauty but hey, you can't blame a girl for wanting to enjoy the spring season. Whenever I go out these days I always gotta throw on my winter jacket and I only have a total of three of them to last the winter season so it constantly feels as though I'm repeating the same sets of outfits minus the bottoms and shoes that I wear. Man, I should probably start filling up my closet with more varieties of coats/jackets. On the other hand, today the weather's looking gorgeous and sunny! Though don't let that feel you, it's a ridiculous 30F outside here in New Jersey. Nonetheless, what better way to spend the day dreaming of all the wonderful things to wear this spring then to browse polyvore and pretend I could afford my dream wardrobe.

You Can Run But You Won't Come Far

Stuck in the library waiting for my sister to be done with her class so I could finally go home and go WILD!!! I honestly feel like a hopeless, starving kid waiting for her mom to finish shopping so I could go back to spending my entire day grubbing on the loads of unhealthy snacks that fill my kitchen's snack closet; or at least that's what I'd like to think I'd be doing but fdlsjfld can't snack!! On the side note, I've been slacking with creating sets on Polyvore so I decided what better way of making time fly than to  browse polyvore and crave heaps of items that I know I seriously can't be affording unless out of the blues some random person offers me a six figure job.
